課程概述

本課程為一般選修課程，回應本校3L核心素養Leadership服務領導的培育，以銜接未來就業職場的軟實力養成，包括與人共事的能力與自我管理的能力。
課程內容涵蓋理論學習-認識倫理學的分類、職場倫理的定義與職場倫理的核心價值，經驗學習-職場倫理個案分析與價值思辨，以及行動學習-自我管理實踐計畫作為課程總結性的學習成果。
The general elective course is offered in response to the cultivation of Wenzao’s 3L core competencies in order to develop servant-leadership and soft skills for future workplace, including the ability to work with others and self-management.
The content of the course covers theoretical learning, experiential learning, and action learning. The theoretical learning includes understanding the classification of ethics, the definition of workplace ethics, and the core value of workplace ethics. The experiential learning includes workplace ethical case analyses and value discernment. The action learning includes a self-management implementation plan as a summative learning outcome of the course .
